My scanner does not show when attempting to connect to a paired LeafTech device.

Wait for the scanner to fully boot.

Check your Bluetooth permissions for the LeafTech App.

iPhones require permissions to access Bluetooth functions. This may have been missed when installing the app.

Open the Settings app under Privacy & Security and select Bluetooth. Verify that the toggle next to the LeafTech Ag App is set to "on."

My scanner was working fine earlier in the day. Bluetooth is now disconnecting or dropping.
-
Check that the battery has more than one bar on the status indicator. The scanner will lose connection if it does not have enough battery power.
-
Is the scanner HOT?

Excessive heat can cause the electrical components to complete a safety shut down.

Move the scanner to the shade or an air conditioned vehicle.
