We heard your suggestions and made improvements to our app usability. Update today! 

We are excited to see how these changes improve your Leaftech experience. Please note that many of these updates (such as Wi-Fi availability) will require a hardware update to your scanner.

If you are still in the field and would like to update your old scanner before the end of season, a member of the Leaftech Ag team would be happy to assist you.

• Added direct Wi-Fi connection. You can now connect the scanner directly to a Wi-Fi or hotspot network!
• Removed Bluetooth Tether connection, now replaced with a direct Wi-Fi connection to the scanner
• Added the ability to download scan images via Bluetooth if no Wi-Fi connection is available
• Scan history is now saved indefinitely by scan session on the user's account.
• All scan images are now saved on the device and can be viewed after scans are accepted if both Scanner and Phone are on the same Wi-Fi network via the History Page
• Load previous scan session to map button added to scan history, so you can now load the drop pins of previous scans onto the map
• Added “Scans on Device” view on the top right menu so that the scans still on the device can be viewed by Scan ID
• Added optional setting to have Grower > Farm > Field inputs saved as a selectable list
• Added “Scanner Info” button in the top right menu to view additional scanner information: Scanner ID, Scanner Bluetooth Name, Current User, Current Wi-Fi Network, Wi-Fi Strength, Internet Availability, Firmware Version, Board Version. Bluetooth Status
• Reworked Bluetooth communication for improved reliability and scan command confirmation*

 
Please Note: Please make sure your phone is updated to the most current version to access this new data. Androids must be at least version 13, and IOS must have up-to-date versions to access the updated Leaftech Ag app.
