To boot the scanner you will need to do the following:

• Connect a fully charged battery to the scanner. 
  • 
• Toggle the rocker switch.  It will illuminate blue.
  • 
• Wait ~35 seconds for the bright status LED to flash. 
  • 
• The scanner has booted and is ready to connect to your phone.
